FIRST REGIONAL LIBRARY

First Regional Library is a five-county public library cooperative with fourteen branches located in Northern Mississippi. The Region was formed among DeSoto, Tate, Panola and Lafayette counties in 1950. Tunica County joined the System in 1968. The regional headquarters is located inside the branch in Hernando, MS, located about 20 miles south of Memphis, Tennessee.
The First Regional Library Digital (FRL) Collection contains a selection of geneaology books by Louise Cox Fox from the collections at the First Regional Library in northern Mississippi.
